Care Act Assessment Guidance and Tools

We have co-created four sets of guidance and four tools to support Care Act assessments which you can find below.

These were developed with findings from interviews with social workers, co-creation workshops with autistic people and people with learning disabilities, and with input from our advisory group.

The Intimate Lives Matter research study represents independent research funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) School for Social Care Research (NIHR SSCR). The views expressed are those of the authors and not necessarily those of the NIHR SSCR, NIHR or Department of Health and Social Care.
